The Breckenridge Nordic Center, 
located in the authentic Victorian mining town of Breckenridge, is nestled between the magnificent Tenmile Range and Continental Divide, and is a perfect place to cross country ski.
Cross Country skiing 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge along free shuttle route. 32Km of cross country ski trails through spruce forest and open meadows and 16Km of snowshoeing on scenic nature trails. Breckenridge has a new skier bridge and two nordic skier tunnels for a continuous looped trail system with no road crossings. We have a newly expanded cross country skiing trail system on Peak 7 in the White River National Forest. We feature “Kathy’s Viewpoint”, a warming hut that is open all day, everyday. You can also ski to the Hallelujah Hut on your way to Kathy’s Viewpoint cabin.

The Frisco Nordic Center is located on the shores of Lake Dillon. Our groomed cross country ski trails and snowshoe nature trails are in the White River National Forest, under special use permit by the USDA, FS. One mile off I-70, 80 miles from Denver. 45 Km of beginning to expert terrain groomed daily for classic and freestyle cross country skiing and 13 Km of snowshoe trails that traverse the peninsula of Lake Dillon. Our Log Lodge is complete with a warm lounge atmosphere, videos, rentals, and snack bar. Professional group and private instruction.
